Treeline Womxn's Climbing Festival
July 8th-10th 2022

We are excited to host the 3rd annual Treeline Womxn's Climbing Festival. We had to take a break due to pandemic restrictions but we are excited to be back and looking forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces once again.

This event is aimed to celebrate the community of women in climbing and give them a place to nurture new skills and friendships in an environment free of judgement and intimidation. Clinics are led by female professional ACMG Guides and provide the participants with a safe and supportive space to grow their skills in one of Canada's premier climbing destinations.

You must pay for general registration for the event in order to purchase clinics.

Registration includes - low rates for guided clinics, attendance to our Kick Off evening with special guest speakers, beer & a special art silent auction, camping (should you choose), 2 lunches, 1 family style dinner with a sunset meditation & speaker, branded event buff, a swag bag filled with goodies, beer, giveaways, auctions & raffle, yoga, nutrition workshop, physio warm up, demos and more.

Venue

Our awesome Base Camp will be located once again at the awesome Kinsmen Campground, 39275 Loggers Ln, Squamish.  Camping is included in event registration fee.

Food

Registration includes 2 packed lunches supplied by Mountain Squeeze Juicery and a dinner supplied by Flacas Tacos.  Both will have Gluten Free and Vegan options.  Be sure to let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary preferences when you register so that we can order the appropriate food for you.

Lunch pickup will take place on Saturday and Sunday morning before you leave for clinics.  Dinner will be served hot at Base Camp and we will enjoy together in a casual gathering under the wooden shelter.  Don't forget to bring your camp chair!

Camping

Our event includes camping so be sure to let us know if you will be joining us for 2-3 nights and bring your gear.  Sunday night is limited camping, available for first come first serve registrants as there will be another group moving into the campground.  However, if you choose to stay for the Sunday night, you may be asked to move to our designated camp sites for the evening.

What to Bring

Guides will have most of the gear that you will need.  If you have your own harness, helmet, shoes, chalk bag, and belay device please bring them.  If you don't please let us know during registration and we will be sure to have some personal gear set aside for you for the weekend.

If you plan to camp make sure you bring all of your camping gear.  As we will be providing lunches and dinner Saturday night hopefully you will not need too much food preparation gear.  You are however on your own for breakfasts and dinner on Friday night.

Be sure to bring a camp chair!   And hammocks are welcome.  We will have a few provided & by one of our Title Sponsors MEC.

If you participate in the morning run you will need to bring running shoes.
We will have yoga mats available thanks to our sponsor Prana.  However they are limited so if you do have space please bring your own, or a towel.

If you sign up for the photography clinic you will need to bring some extra gear.  A gear list will be provided.
